Unable to make changes or move apps from my iPhone 16 to CarPlay

i have a Subaru 1 1/2 year of a new car. Recently I was unable to use CarPlay. Took car to dealership and upgraded the software. Now I am trying to add or delete apps. I have wifi and a cord. I am unable to make changes. Can you please help? Thanks!
