How can I print only the email content without headers, sender, or subject details?

I've tried everything I can think of to print emails with just the message, and not the From and To and Subject etc. clutter.

Exporting or printing as pdf etc. doesn't do it. Save As .rtf gets close but formatting changes.

Is there a better way?
