Change a photograph into a small video clip using AI software

I've seen photographs changed into a short video created using AI.

There is one bloke on a Facebook group who does a lot. I have asked him what software he uses, but he won't tell me.

Is there anything for a MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.6.1?

I have only just upgraded to it.

I have seen there is AI software to animate images (Image Playground), but it's not the same type of thing.

I have uploaded both a still image and a link to the animated version of it, since moving images can not be uploaded to the board.
