MacBook Air, Messenger, MS Teams, Desktop Apps Not Showing Notifications

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone of you owns a MacBook Air A2337, with a current macOS Sequioa 15.4.1 version.

And has Messenger Desktop or MS Teams App. When someone messages, does it notify or make a notification sound on your laptop? Because mine doesn't.

I'm not sure if it's with messenger desktop app problem or MS Teams App problem, because notification via web browsers works, and that's the only way I'd know someone messaged me.
