Heart rate greying out when using Apple Watch for activity monitoring

Apple Watch 10 series August 2025 hear rate greying out on activity. aware isdue rsused in 2023 but this is a problem for me now. i have followed the measures suggested in the 2023 but without success, any update on correcting this issue? Heart rate greying out when using watch for activity monitoring. Note this issue last posted in 2023 but it’s now 2025!

Tried fixes advised in 2023, no success.
