Where can I find the Apple download iTunes for Windows so i can download my current iPhone 13 and have it for a backup for my new iPhone. I have almost abandoned using my PC for things other than paying bills, so I have forgotten how to be functioninmg person on it.

You can’t download iTunes for Windows to your iPhone 13. It simply won’t work, period. iTunes for apple devices no longer exists. It has been broken up into two apps, Music and TV which are already installed on your iPhone 13.
