Is this a scam email about my apple account used to download google drive on a device not previously used?

Today I received this apple email over my apple account used to download google drive on a device not previously used. I did download this app two weeks ago and then deleted it from my phone one day after downloading. Why am I receiving this message now and not at the time of download is confusing. I’m not sure if this is legit or a scam. Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
