Having issue with my new AirPods breaking up while listening to anything

I had just bought new AirPods Pro 4 and since using them I have noticed that every now and then my music or video or movie I watch the audio breaks up like having a connection issue and it’s beginning to bug me I have an iPhone 16 pro max which is only a few months old so I’m not sure what could be causing this issue

Bluetooth and iPhone:

Unpair all other Bluetooth audio devices. You can pair multiple Bluetooth devices to your iPhone, but use only one audio device at a time. So, unpair all your devices.

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance

Thank you I reset the AirPods and they seem to be working fine for now if the issue persist I will contact apple support
