Unable to cancel AppleCare+ subscription on iPhone

I've been trying to cancel AppleCare+, but can't find the way to do it. I've read all of Apple's articles about how to cancel AppleCare, but nothing works for me. I can see and select AppleCare in the Settings app on my iPhone, but there's no button to cancel it. Also, if I go to my subscriptions, AppleCare doesn't appear as one. However, it remains active as I received an email regarding its renewal.
