I have an album titled “If Looks Could Kill (Sessions)” and on my laptop it’s titled as that but on my phone it’s titled as “if Looks Could Kill (Sessions)” is there a fix because i tagged the files as If Looks Could Kill (Sessions)

I assume these are locally stored files that you are syncing to your device over USB. If so Music may not sync a case only change to the device. Try changing the album title to say "If Looks Could Kill (Sessions) X", sync, check the new album title has made it to the device, then change it back to "If Looks Could Kill (Sessions)" and sync once more.
I don't think it applies in this instance, but there is a potential issue when you set custom names for store purchases where the library may read and revert to the original store metadata. In such cases hiding the item from your purchase history should ensure your chosen variation is preserved.
