Entire playlist completely deleted from everywhere after updating cloud library

Hello!

I had to log out and log back into Apple Music on my MacBook because it says I wasn’t joined to Apple Music (I am a member). Once I logged back into my account I disabled “Sync Library” then enabled it again. I take a look at my playlists and all the songs are deleted but ones I have from local files.

Is there any way I can get these songs back? I had them downloaded on my iPhone but not my Mac.
