Brand new Mac book pro speakers cracking

I had purchased MacBook Pro M4 recently on Jan 2025 . I have been using it sparsely. Now on August while playing You tube I had noticed crackling unclear sound from right speaker . However on playing Bluetooth it was clear . I had apple care plus and was on standard warranty also. First I contacted online support they had tried to do some steps online and honestly they were very supportive, but was not able to solve the issue .

On next day itself I had took the authorised service centre called icare and they told replacing the speaker will solve the problem and they had thoroughly checked for any damage and faults all were ok. Finally the part arrived and changed the speakers and problem persisted . So they told me they have to change the Main Logic board and Touch ID also need to be replaced.

So I never thought this should as complicated as this . Today they told there is some scarcity of the components supply and need some more time to repair. To my despair my MacBook is there for almost 4 weeks now still not able to exactly tell when the parts arrive . Anyone had faced this problem and kindly advise..

I can not say... however I have not heard of a wide spread issue concerning the update.

I would check you Audio Midi Setup.app and try adjusting your sample rate down, and compare your results(?)

Contact your "authorised service centre called icare " for some update. Nothing can be done here online in the user to user community.
