I want some help with this case from appnebula.co

I`m honestly embarrassed writing this, but maybe it will help someone else. I was scrolling late at night, saw an ad from Nebula promising some "exclusive reading" and thought, why not? Life`s stressful, sometimes you just want something light. Their site (appnebula.co) looked so professional. I paid through PayPal (thinking it`s safe, right?), expecting to unlock the promised app. But here`s the kicker - nothing arrived. Just an empty confirmation. Days later, I clicked their "support" email hoping for answers… and another charge hit my account. For what? For asking a question?!😡 I’m 35, not new to the internet, but this one fooled me completely. And PayPal? They closed my dispute like it was no big deal. Reading other reviews afterward, I realized I`m far from the only one who fell for it. Lesson learned the hard way.
