Podcast stations not syncing or downloading to watch

Just updated to iOS 18.6.1 and watch OS 11.6.1. I have a few custom stations on the Podcast app. Those are no longer showing in the library on watch Podcast app (sync is turned on in podcast settings, watch and phone have been restarted multiple times, including at the same time during some of the restarts). Additionally, when I go into the watch app on the iphone to sync downloads to the watch, it does not recognize my stations when I select the number of episodes to download. Watch>Podcast: Example, first I ensure no podcasts or stations are selected for download. At the top, it says "No Podcast". I then select my station and select "5 episodes". It still says "No Podcasts" at the top. I select "off" on my station. I then select the "Up Next" option (which is a default) and choose "5 episodes" and at the top it says "5 episodes Podcast download when Apple Watch is charging".

To recap, podcast stations don't appear in library on the watch podcast app. And I am unable to select stations for download in the Watch App on the iPhone.
