VO2 max stopped tracking on my Apple Watch Series 7 running watchOS 11.6.1

I’m on a series 7, 11.6.1, and have been tracking my Vo2 for years. It apparently topped recording on June 22 and cardio recovery on July 7. All other Health apps are updating without issue.

I’ve gone through all the checks and recommendations and no change. It’s set up correctly. Has been working fine. I feel like it must be related to an update but can’t find any info.
