Missing themes on Apple Watch

Two years ago, I purchased two Apple Watch 8, one for myself and one for my sibling, along with an iPad Pro for myself and an iPhone 14 Pro Max for my mother from an Apple Store in the UAE.

Recently, I noticed that one of the Apple Watches does not have the Pride watch faces available. I contacted Apple Support, and they suggested that this might be due to regional restrictions. However, this explanation doesn’t seem to apply because:

- All devices were purchased on the same day from the same store.

- Every other device, including my iPhone 13 Pro Max (RU region), has Pride-themed watch faces or wallpapers available.

- Even my brothers exact same Apple Watch 8 has the Pride watch faces.

Since all my other devices have access to these themes, what could be causing this issue on just one Apple Watch? Is there a way to fix it? I recently saw the latest Pride watch face on a friends watch and really liked it, so I’d love to have it available.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I have already contacted technical support in my country multiple times, but no clear solution was provided. Even if there were country restrictions on Apple Watch features, it doesn’t explain why, out of two identical Apple Watch 8 devices purchased at the same time, only one of them is missing the Pride watch faces.

In addition to the Pride faces, I also noticed that the rainbow color options normally available in other watch faces are not present on this device. Some people suggested simply setting a Pride-themed photo as a watch face, but that’s not what I’m looking for — the issue is that official, built-in themes and color options are missing.

I specifically asked support to check the versions, regions, and serial numbers of both watches, but no explanation could be given. As I mentioned, both watches are the same model, bought from the same country, on the same day. Moreover, the iPad and iPhone I purchased from the same store also do not show this limitation.

If this were really a strict country-related restriction, shouldn’t all four devices (two watches, one iPad, and one iPhone) be affected in the same way? Statistically and logically, it doesn’t make sense that 3 out of 4 devices work fine, and only one watch is affected. Even if there is no immediate fix, I would at least like to understand a reasonable explanation for this inconsistency.
