Unable to share Safari tabs via Outlook after iOS update on iPhone

since the latest update i cant share pages via outlook, eg if i have a recipe tab that i want to send to my outlook email , i ick thr share button , outlook appears rrady for me to send but then just disappears. was fine before update As above
