Touch Bar disappeared on my MacBook Pro

Im on apple m1 mac and my touch bar disappeared. I can still click on the stuff on it but I cant see what is on it. This has happened to me before but I've always fixed it by quitting it in the activity monitor but that has not worked. I even tried to quit it in the terminal but it hasn't worked either. Please help.
