Today everything on my calendar just disappeared off of my iPhone 14 Pro. I’m trying to figure out how to get it back. I went to my iCloud. I went to recovery to try to recover it if it went there nothing was there nothing no data to recover so how else do I get my Info from my calendar back someone please help me

you don't say whether you did the latest update, but I'm figuring you did and that's when all "disappeared" which happened to me at 18.5 on my "home" calendar. Does not impact the holiday calendar.
go to settings, apps, calendar
check sync setting, somehow mine changed to 3 months at an update which hid previous events, but can be set for as recent as two weeks.
My reset was to all, and all reappeared, but there are shorter choices.
What service do you sync your calendar to? iCloud? Google? Outlook? Something else?
