I recently got my MacBook Pro repaired and they updated my software to sequoia 15.6 from 15.3. The volume has gotten substantially, when I turned it to 50 percent it used to fill the whole room and now the max volume is more like 50 percent when I was on sequoia 15.3 and before I sent it in. Is anyone else experiencing this?

The current stable release of Sequoia including bug fixes, security updates is macOS 15.6.1

I am having the same issue. Just updated my Mac because the ‘switch’ FaceTime feature between my Mac and iPhone was not working. Updated my computer and now my audio is terrible. It used to be extremely loud and now it’s probably about 40% of the volume I had coming from my Mac prior to the update. Insane bug on apples part.
