iMac 27" late 2017 screen shut off and no longer turns back on
imac 27" late 2017 went off and never turns on anymore..delicate use so why it is dead
My iMac all of a sudden died on me. i was just reading articles as usual

I've had friends and family call all in a panic to say that their iMac was no longer working.
9 out of 10 were actually a loose power cable on the back of the iMac.
1 out of the 10 was actually a dead iMac.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet or surge protector.
Check to make sure the power cord is firmly plugged into the back of the iMac.
Plug the power cord back into a working wall out or surge protector and then try turning the iMac on.
Sadly if that doesn't work, then you've probably just join the 1 out of 10 club.
