Problem Moving Mail Between Email Accounts in iOS Apple Mail app?

In the iOS Apple Mail app, I selected 328 emails from one email account and moved them to a different email account. Now, the original email account shows no emails and the second email account shows only 228. I also double checked my second email account on my PC. In the first minute or two, I could see the emails being added to the account, but then it stopped at 64 emails and it is no longer updating. Even if I refresh the Mail app or my PC browser, there is no change. Is there something I can do to force it to update? Is this process known to be buggy/known to lose emails?

Thankfully I made a backup of my mail before I did this, so at least I know the missing emails aren't permanently lost.
