How do I set cell color to default in Numbers, macOS

Select a column

Change the cell fill color to red (or whatever!)

Select the column again

How do I set the cell color back to ‘default’ (header cells being a different color to body according to the currently chosen theme)?

Go to the same place where you set it before (same window where you pick the color) and you will see "Default table style" as a choice.
