Apple Watch gave me a nickname

I have Apple Watch 10, bought new from a legit source right after it was launched, some time ago it started calling me „Young Lady”. I didn’t set it, in the settings the name is still Apple Watch (Agnieszka), the same as on all of my devices. In the morning when I first look at my watch it says „Good morning Young Lady” or when I complete a task in Fitness app it also says „Achieved (Young Lady)”. Does anyone had similar issue? I mean it’s not a problem, but I’m really curious where did it come from and why.
