2 weeks ago all of the sudden. I tried to make a call to my relatives, i only could hear them through the bottom speaker but í could not hear them through the ear speaker. This happened after updating to 18.60. i have reseted the iPhone like a new iPhone, I have changed the ear speaker too, but it didn’t work. Any suggestion?

Yes,sir. we have tried to hear with a new ear speaker but nothing happened, and we have tried the new ear speaker together. he was beside me, do you think it is a software Issue?
I’m experiencing the same issue. The earphone and speaker sound has gone down so much that it’s hardly audible, and I’m at 18.6.1
