Missing App Store on iPad after Roblox update

I had to update a game specifically Roblox however suddenly my iPads App Store is GONE not in App Library not in screen time I did everything google and chatGPT asked me to do and it didn’t work it’s still on my app in settings but I cannot re-download it or even access it this is my main gaming iPad bro I ain’t wanna buy a new one
