iMessage number not working on my iPhone 15

I’ve tried everything. Literally everything. Restarting the phone, resetting network settings, turning off and turning back on iMessage, checking my number was active with my carrier (which it is), nothing works and Apple seriously needs to fix this problem. Just forever a loading symbol next to my number. Ridiculous Apple.
