Can one download CDs directly into Apple Music in Windows

With the recent iTunes / Apple Music changes on PC/Windows it appears that music CD downloads now appear as "Audiobooks" in iTunes vs. "Music".

Prior to the switch my CD downloads into iTunes would automatically copy over to Apple Music. This is no longer happening.

Is there a way to get CDs to download directly into Apple Music vs iTunes on Windows at this point? If not, how do I transfer the CD files from iTunes to Apple Music?
