Is anyone familiar with Applerok Beverly Hills ? Is this company legit to carry the Apple name ?

Applerok Beverly Hills is a company selling used Apple products at a low price but it seems the company can not fulfill the apple product they are posting for sale...reason being the delivery has a huge delay for fulfillment. My only question is does Applerok Beverly Hills acknowledged by Apple itself as a legitimate company using the Apple name. If so I guess Apple should keep a close watch on Applerok Beverly Hills because they seem to be unitentionally putting the Apple name in a bad light by posting a lot of Apple products more than they can fulfill to be delivered to buyers. They should make sure that every product they post for sale has a duly noted for would be buyers of the wait in fulfillment...seriously. I cant says this enough it is becoming now of a moral obligation for the company to have there customers explained to them of these delays....expensive purchases and especially the cheap purchases. Just a note that I seriously think needs someone from the main Apple company pay attention to help ABH. It is really quite horrible to experience. It says Fedex shipping label created with tracking number but Fedex never recieves the ordered product....ABH says shipment is on the way but Fedex does not have the item to ship. Go figure

Just saying something has to be done....They still post new items and accept orders but cant fulfill shipping.
