Do I need to upgrade to Win 11 for my iMac running Paralells and Win 10?

Everything is currently running well, but I understand MS will no longer "support" Win 10 after a few weeks.

Need? No. If Windows 10 is working for you, you can stay there, but you need to understand it will not get any more security updates after October 14th. No Microsoft Defender virus definition updates or any security releases, so will be more exposed unless you are more careful what websites you visit a what you download.

If you can handle that, then you should be fine. But if you need to be kept on the update cycle and security releases and Defender definition updates and support, then you may need to update to Windows 11, but note, its not directly supported on Macs, so you will need to do some modifications to get it to install.

Parallels can simulate virtual TPM 2.0 support so you can get Windows 11 to install on it though without too much trouble but there will be some configuration situations you will encounter to update to Windows 11.

For more details it would be bets you post in Parallels forums.
