Lag in typing after battery replacement on MacBook Pro

I recently got my macbook back from Apple after having the battery replaced. The machine was wiped and the software reinstalled but as soon as it was booted up, it started lagging when typing. Other software may as well be lagging but I cannot tell as the typing has been the most prevalent thing so far. I will type out a word quickly on my keyboard and the letters will all appear at once shortly after. This is affecting me quite a bit as I am a programmer and regularly need to type things out.

Attached is an EtreCheck report.
