Apple Cash Identity Verification Issue for 18-year-old User

My apple cash dosent work any more due to identity but when i put my SSA in it doesnt work and im 18 any advice the apple cash was really convient

My Apple Cash wants me to confirm my Identity so I call costumer service for help and put in all my info and it’s the same thing my Apple Cash account has been down for months now I’m not a fan of using other phone payments
