Why wont my second alarm go off?

I have two alarms in the morning, one at 5:00 am and one at 5:30 am. I never wake up to my 5:30 alarm, ever. (It’s rare I do wake up to it) I heard there was an update about “Attention awareness” and to “turn it off” however, I don’t even have this in my settings anywhere. I have no clue why my second alarm has not been going off when I set it the same exact way as my first one.
