itune crashing when new playlist created

Hi,

I have an issue with itune when creating a new playlist crashing. Its so annoying that i don't believe we are struggle with such minor issue. I have read in forum some threat with a same issue nothing helped me. I have format my pc and its fresh installation. This is almost 6-7 months issue and I just have enough ... no more... why that programmer havent made it more flexible ? why someone can open an issue for that trash think like create a playlist that in general is a fdolder for save some songs.... why

I have remove all my playlists since I have follow some advice from other ... not helped

I have 1 playlist with 38 songs and for that one I made at least 10 itune restarts to completed.

Its so easy and I really don't understand why someone have to open a threat for such issue.

We are in an era of AI is above us and I cant create a playlist in the itune that was the first of that kind of applications

Do you have any third party anti-virus software? Is your iTunes library stored in the default location? Ideally exclude the iTunes library folder (normally C:\Users\<User>\Music\iTunes) from real time AV scanning, and don't try to store your library in any cloud syncing folders. Try holding down shift+ctrl as you launch iTunes to run it in safe mode which may also update various internal indexes.

Thanks for you reply and intention to help ... I have try all I dont store anything anywhere since I have fresh install the Windows 10 PRO ... I also tried the safe mode, was my idea that the antivirus app might be the problem after all but its not..

I have create the Playlists from my iPhone and those last months since it was not the way I wanted to be I decide to use the itune for that.. what can I say its a pure trash application .. why someone can use it if you cant manage your lists and songs and music, I have the latest version also I have try to use an older version ... what can I say a lot of things.

Also I wanted to make a new installation for windows and that was the main reason ... itune ... just a friendly advice remove it find an alternative way to manage your music ... also its so primitive to other app like spotify.

I don't think iTunes works particularly well in safe mode. Playlists created/edited on the phone can potentially sync back to iTunes, but I don't know how stable that process is. If/when you get iTunes working properly I have a script called ImportDevicePlaylists that can potentially import them.

Syncing an iPhone with a new (to it) or rebuilt computer that doesn't already have your library generally goes badly. See Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy - Apple Community for the method I suggest for backing up the library in a way that makes new changes to the library easy to backup on subsequent occasions.
