Dictation not working in Notes on iPhone despite AI ChatGPT suggestions

Dictation on iPhone: Simply not working in Notes. Prompts to use AI ChatGPT makes things worse-does not do what I ask when I state I want to dictate a list in notes. Also siri telling me it can’t do it, siri suggests using an app I do not use- nor do I want to use. It’s a frustrating HUGE waste of time. I found dictation easy and useful and had gotten used to that benefit. Not anymore.
