No sound on snapchat while on facetime

When I am on facetime, I go to snapchat to see videos my friends have sendt in chat and normal videosnaps. But I can never hear the sound of the videos, but when I asked my boyfriend, he said he had sound. I have sound on tiktok but never snapchat while on facetime
