I saw the new Iwatch oS allows Blood Ozygen to be measured again. I uploaded the OS for BOTH Iwatch 10 AND my Iphone.. both are compatible with the new blood oxygen app.. but it DOESNT work… I rebooted both AND checked I have the upgrade on BOTH watch and Iphone… crazy and frustrating.. Is there some quirky step needed. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Skip

Try initiating a ECG reading on the watch first. Note that the Blood Oxygen is only reported in the Respiratory section of the Health app on the iPhone.
I knew it is in respiratory section and when I scrolled wont to Blood O.. it only shows the last time it worked before they had to discontinue it in 12/24…

Did you try initiating the ECG test? It has worked for others enabling the Blood Oxygen test in the new update.
the EKg works fine like it did in the past… its frustrating that the new Blood Oxygen doesn’t work?????
The ECG appears to activate the watchOS 11.6.1 & iOS 18.6.1 blood oxygen feature on the Apple Watch.
Both the Apple Watch and the iPhone must have the .1 update.
Thank you all.. I deleted and then reloaded and now the watch does perform the Blood Oxygen test and then sent it to the iphone so I could read the result on it… thanks again all...
