Apple Cash transaction statements wrong

So I noticed this issue when I started noticing that money I was transferring from my bank account to my Apple Pay balance were not reflecting so I contacted support and they sent me my transaction history and they don’t match and every time I contact support they create a ticket and nobody ever gets back to me i’m hoping for some help.:)
