My Mac Book Pro says Siri is 100% downloaded but I have the spinning wheel and Siri on my Mac does not work says still downloading how do I unstick this??

Siri is part of macOS. How are you attempting to download it? Do you mean Apple Intelligence?
Have you tried rebooting your Mac?
Good Morning! Yes rebooted several times, booted it into safe mode and ran disk utility on all of the volumes. Yes Apple Intelligence. I guess I will try reinstalling the OS. Happened after the upgrade......
Reinstalled as in an "In Place Installation " ?
Meaning reinstalling from Recovery Mode which would install Sequoia Over the top of the existing Installation
Just how much empty space does this computer have ?
As my colleague mentioned, Apple Intelligence is not part of the operating sytem
It may require an additional 10 or more GBs of Empty Space

Change the >> >> " Default thread sort " to Oldest
