How to block Message callers based on message content key words?

Like many of us, I receive a lot of political messaging now through Messages.

Is there a way to entirely block messages containing user-selected key words (e.g., republican, democrat, trump, newsom)?

These political message senders keep changing the phone numbers that they spam from and so the standard phone number blocking available in Messages is essentially useless. Instead, I need a blocker that blocks and deletes messages upon receipt based on specific content, similar to the features in place in Apple Mail for MacOS.
