Changing Swipe options on Apple Mail

On my iPhone I've always been able to swipe left on Apple email and get a delete button. My wife's only allows for "Archive" as an option. How can I get her swipe left to also allow for delete without having to go to the "More" option?

Go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > [your account] > Account Settings > Advanced and choose “Deleted Mailbox” in the section “MOVE DISCARDED MESSAGES INTO.”
