Finder's 'All My Files' displaying multiple copies of files on MacBook Pro

When I click on 'All My Files' in the finder it shows me many duplicate files. In fact some have 4 "copies." What an I looking at here? It doesn't show me the location of the files to check and see if they are actually duplicates.
