Part of the report appears to be missing, so a complete review is not possible The drive performance is poor and that could either be Hardware or a Software Conflict, but your Extensions/Launch Folders are not there to determine if they may be the cause.

According to what you posted, you have a MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014) with 8 GB of RAM and a 128 GB SSD that is running macOS Catalina. It might be getting close to the point where it needs a battery replacement.

You can upgrade the operating system from Catalina to Big Sur – but no further. Like Catalina, Big Sur is no longer one of the "most recent three" that companies like Microsoft and Adobe support.

Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support

There are applications like Firefox and LibreOffce that will run on Catalina or higher which could extend the useful life of that Mac. Many other third-party Web browsers will run on Big Sur or higher.

You cannot upgrade the RAM. When you generated the report, lack of RAM was not an issue. (There was 4.74 GB available.). Earlier, you might have been stressing the virtual memory system a bit, as Swap Used was 1.70 GB.

The 128 GB SSD is on the small side, but it doesn't look like you were using very much of it.

The only things I see are that you may be running a bit low on memory at times since about 1.5GB of Swap was used in the one hour the system was booted.

WebKit crashed three times. This is the macOS web rendering subsystem which is out of date even if it may still work for some online services.

Something is tying up the system a little bit at times as indicated by the "System Load" portion of the report which will show a performance hit. Unfortunately we don't know what may be causing this load.

Try running Disk Utility First Aid on the hidden Container. Within Disk Utility you may need to click "View" and select "Show All Devices" before the hidden Container appears on the left pane of Disk Utility. Even if the First Aid summary says everything is "Ok", click "Show Details" and scroll through the report to see if any unfixed errors are listed. If there are errors, then run First Aid again until the errors are gone. If after several scans the errors remain, then you will need to try running First Aid while booted into Recovery Mode.

Also, make sure to disconnect all external devices just in case one of them is causing a problem.

You mention "system logs" in the problem description section of the report. What do you mean? Generally the macOS system logs should be avoided since they don't usually help with troubleshooting issues these days. What overall problem are you trying to fix here?
