Receiving repeated warnings about iCloud deletion despite active subscription

I am constantly, several times a day getting texts and emails about Facebook account & photos and data being deleted but I pay Apple every month for extra storage & have plenty. But sometimes I cant get into Facebook or extensions (hidden reply’s) and my phone has slowed down & I might be losing data, but I delete emails, texts, FB messages all the time & shut down my phone to clear it. Why is this happening?
