Can I Clear cookies but not history on iPad iOS 17.5?

Lots of instructions for clearing cache, cookies, and history, but I’d like to keep my history to make it easier to find and return to information I’ve looked at before. Can I just clear cookies?

Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data and click the Remove All Website Data button to remove only the cookies.
