Buying MacBook Air with Paypal US and ship to Argentina

I would like to use my Paypal account (originally in the US, not sure if it matters) to buy a MacBook Air and have it shipped to Argentina.

Is it possible?

If not possible, I would like to know if I can trade-in my MacBook Pro Intel (circa 2022) for a new Mac M3 in Argentina.

No. Apple will not ship products to a different country.

Apple won't ship hardware outside the country of origin or to a known freight forwarder. If you buy it somewhere else, check the store's policy.
