I want to import 1album of My iCloud Photos in Google Foto’s, not My whole collection. How do I do that ?

You'll need to make sure they are downloaded to a device or computer, and then manually upload them to the Google Photos website.
Log in with your Google Account, then tap on the + icon at the top, tap on Import Photos, and select the Photos you want to upload.
The Google Photos app on iOS requires full access to photos and uploads everything, with no way to choose what to upload.
How can I share selected photos from iCloud to Google Photos?
