Can’t download youtube on my ipad

I can’t download youtube on my ipad though I just bought it in July and I have the latest IOS Version. The app just doesn’t show on appstore when I search it up, I’ve also tried downloading through Chrome but I didn’t work either… Does someone know how to fix it?
