macOS Ventura can not access local network devices after updated from 13.7.6 to 13.7.7｜升级到 13.7.7 后，macOS Ventura 无法连接本地网络设备

Yesterday, I updated my mac from 13.7.6 to 13.7.7.

I have a server in my local network, which can be accessed by Ventura 13.7.6 but not 13.7.7. I tested ping and ssh in the newer version, which were all unsuccessful / timeout.

ping: sendto: no route to host

Next, I tried to access an http service on the server, and my browser reported ERR_NETWORK_UNREACHABLE.

I also checked the Network list in Finder, which displayed my NAS as usual, only that I couldn't connect to it.

On this same mac, I have a BootCamp Windows 10. I also tested ping and ssh and http stuff in BootCamp, which turned out they be all good, similar to Ventura 13.7.6. My iPhone and other devices went without connectivity problems as well. All devices involved in the test had been restarted many times, and the problem remained. These helped me rule out the possibility of server or router issues, and put my doubts on the OS update.

Moreover, I learned that Apple added the 'Local Network' permission switch in macOS Sequoia, which reportedly caused local connectivity issues. Might it be related to my problem?

综上，基本可以排除服务器或路由器有问题，那么新系统的嫌疑就很大了。

此外，我了解到在 macOS Sequoia 中，新增了“本地网络”权限，且有用户反馈该权限影响了本地网络连接。我遇到的问题是否可能与此有关？
