How can I create a shortcut to find my son's device?

I already have a shortcut that uses FindMy to find my son's phone, but every so often his phone shows offline. This has happened several times in the past. It is nothing he is doing, it just happens, trust me... But, if I go to his "devices", I can select his iPhone (from the devices list) and it finds him. Go figure.

I would like a way to create a shortcut "Son's iPhone" to find his iPhone device. I this possible, and if so can someone point me to instructions on how to do this?
